Our WHY
Our experience prior to WeTranslate has shown us in some cases, harmful habits between “translation offices” and clients, where customer satisfaction and their needs were not a priority.
We believe that these are the most important goals and it led us to believe that things can be different, and you can only show it by doing things differently.
In 2015 we set up WeTranslate, with only 2 people in our team, 5 foreign languages in the portfolio and 10 translators, putting into practice the activities we like and embracing a set of simple values, where the client is our priority.
In 2022, WeTranslate is in TOP 5 Translation companies, with a team of 12 specialists, 8 types of services, 40 foreign languages in the portfolio and over 800 translators, providing services for +15,000 clients, who trust us.
HOW we do it
We know that each client’s NEED is different and UNIQUE, which is why we offer custom solutions to our customers, using the experience gained from thousands of clients.
Because we like things neat and simple, we have implemented order management platforms and we assign to each client a dedicated Account Manager, who will manage the translation projects within the requested term.
In order to provide the QUALITY clients expect, we have selected only authorised and certified translators, with an experience of +10,000 pages, who can carry out translations in over 20 different fields of activity.
WHAT we do
We address clients’s needs with a FULL RANGE OF SERVICES of authorised, legalised translations, notary services (notarization, apostille), simultaneous and consecutive interpreting, audio / video and subtitle transcription.
In addition, because we know how important time is, we cover the entire process of legalisation, apostille and logistics (transportation, technical equipment, accommodation), so you have a complete solution.
In most cases, the entire process can be managed online, so you don’t need to come to our office personally, us being able to deliver documents anywhere in the world, through the fast courier service.
